enhancement: screen reader (Narrator) support pass #40

Description

@nextestudios

Summary

Make lists, dialogs, menus and the virtual keyboard announce focus changes and states to Narrator.

Motivation

Accessibility is a spec requirement; the current UI sets names but does not announce logical focus changes.

Requirements

  • Focus changes raise UI Automation events for the logical focus.
  • States (marked, cut, blocked, disabled) are announced.
  • Messages never depend only on sound or vibration.

Controller UX

Works with the same controller navigation; Narrator reads the focused element.

Technical Notes

AutomationProperties and automation peers in ControlFS.App.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Narrator reads the focused item name and state while navigating with the controller.

Testing

Manual test with Narrator; UI automation assertions where possible.

Dependencies

  • None
