enhancement: responsive layout for TV, desktop and handheld screens #36

Summary

Adapt typography, spacing and density to 720p/800p handhelds, desktop windows and 1080p/4K TVs.

Motivation

The same app runs on a 7" handheld and a 65" TV; one fixed layout cannot serve both.

Requirements

• Breakpoints by effective resolution and DPI; readable at 3 m on a TV.
• No essential action inaccessible at 1280×720.
• Respects Windows text scaling.

Controller UX

Unchanged controls; layout adapts automatically.

Technical Notes

Theme tokens in ControlFS.App/Resources/Theme.cs; layout in MainWindow/ModalView.

Acceptance Criteria

• Screenshots at 1280×720, 1280×800, 1920×1080 and 3840×2160 show no clipped essential UI.

Testing

Smoke workflow screenshots at multiple resolutions; manual on a handheld.
