Master: no webdav search

When querying if search is available, on master it is missing, whereas on nc13 it is available.

@icewind1991 this was caused by adding the AnonymousOptionsPlugin plugin. As the before method is triggered by that before it can properly register the other handlers.

Now I get a bit further, android client can now execute the search, but I get
400: requested search property is not a valid property for this scope
back.

Both queries should be the same.
