"Shared link" activity entries without user name

Steps to reproduce

1. share a folder with a link using "share link" in folder details
2. click on activities
3. see the log entry on link share

Expected behaviour

The entry with the information "shared as public link" should inform about the user who shared the link

Actual behaviour

It is just logged/shown that the folder has been shared by a public link, but not by whom

Server configuration

Nextcloud version: (see Nextcloud admin page)

On the image you can see that the name is logged when one creates a folder, but not who shared or removed a public link to that folder.

Short version is in the sidebar,
if you go to the activity app itself, it should show a "full sentence" including the file name and your own name/ "You"

Ok, seems this too-much-shortened version creates confusion in multi-user scenarios. Sorry about that.

Also, the "You created filename" still shows the "You" so it’s not consistent. @nickvergessen mind adding the "You" back to the shares as well?
