Quota in UI is not correct

Steps to reproduce

1. Add users with different quota settings in different groups
2. Switch the view between different groups
3. The template row will be deleted and the quota shown is wrong for the users

After deleting the line 167 in "settings/js/users/users.js" the quota shown is correct.

Nextcloud version: 11.0.2
