Downloads the offline install media alongside the installer binary, leads with --airgap --bundle-dir --size in the install command, and documents the new --airgap/--bundle-dir flags. The online, license-key install remains documented as an alternative.
Splits the download and run steps into synced Airgap/Online tabs so both flows are documented in full, and adds --size to both commands.
