Advance release metadata and workflow guards, validate the installed DNS and ticket inventory routes, and shorten the oversized-output fixture ID for Windows.

adpentest 2.14.213.78.21.10with two independent metadata diagnostics and corrected CVE evidence handling.--ticket-inventoryreads the current user's existing default Kerberos cache through the systemklist, stores allowlisted metadata, bounds process output, and discards raw command output before reporting.--dns-checkrecords bounded A/AAAA/CNAME/PTR observations and forward/reverse review for one host. Explicit DNS servers are exclusive, queries share one deadline, and the existing network exclusion is preserved..10. The oversized-output parser fixture has a short ID to stay within Windows' environment-variable limit.Validation: 827 tests passed, 271 subtests passed locally. CI passed in Ubuntu 24.04, Ubuntu 26.04 and Windows with Python 3.12; release verification passed on all three systems with Python 3.10. Compilation, strict distribution validation, source-content checks and installed-wheel checks passed. The installed checks exercise both new dry-run routes with the legacy core unavailable. Test fixtures use synthetic metadata and mocked DNS/process responses.
