I sit between what GenAI can do and what an enterprise will actually ship, closing that gap for customers working on their hardest, most frontier AI problems.
Before this, main engineer behind an AI outbound voice-call system at Toss that outperforms human sales agents: the first AI voice agent in Korea to do so, running at 100K calls/day. Also built production RAG + LLM fine-tuning systems at Hyundai Card.
Most interested in the part of the stack where a model's capability meets a real production constraint (latency budgets, trust, compliance) and someone has to make it actually work.
If there's one discipline I'd call my specialty, it's AI evaluation. In AI engineering, nothing else matters if you can't tell whether the model actually works.
