What Changed
This carries pingdotgg/t3code#14386 oc2-9-textgen-mcp-restart unchanged, squashed into one commit with Julius Marminge's authorship: openCode 2 text generation, MCP injection and restart reconciliation.
Why
The built-in OpenCode provider on the fork now follows Julius's upstream OpenCode 2 implementation, whose first layers are already on codex-turn-mapping. This layer is dropped once pingdotgg#14386 oc2-9-textgen-mcp-restart merges there.
