Implement Split Component (replaces hero and feature)

  • expands to fit minimum height of text or image content
• fixed ratio content (image or video)
  • can be on left or right
  • image can be any size
  • can be top, center, or bottom aligned to parent
    
  • can be indented, fit, or overflow the container vertically

  • can be set to take up half or two thirds (??? designers a little help here) of the parent container
    
• flexible ratio content (text, headings, buttons)
  • can be on left or right

Does not have equivalent padding to Protocol yet.
Does not have RTL support.

• need to flip the image by default as well
