Testing

RICH ALL THE TEXT.

  • Try all the rich text features and make sure they're appropriately styled in the article page text
    • Especially lists.
  • See h2 and h3 are in article but not other places
  • Is this the right set of features for rich text?

The article "Text" block now uses ARTICLE_RICHTEXT_FEATURES: h2, h3 and
a shared body set (RICHTEXT_BODY_FEATURES) that adds lede, hr, code,
blockquote and superscript to the basics.

- Adds a "lede" rich text feature: a paragraph-level style stored as
  <p class="m24-u-lede"> for larger introductory text. It isn't a
  default feature; fields opt in.
- Adds m24 rich-text.scss (.m24-c-rich-text) for editor-authored
typography: headings, styled lists, blockquote, hr, code and lede.
- Draftail editor styles for the lede block and divider spacing.
- A custom lede toolbar icon (a thick first line over body lines),
registered with the register_icons hook from
  bedrock/cms/templates/cms/icons/lede.svg.

Manual review at mobile and desktop widths:

- An Article page whose text uses h2, h3, bulleted and numbered lists,
a blockquote, an hr, inline code, superscript and a lede paragraph.
- In the Wagtail editor, the lede (new icon, "Lede: larger introductory
paragraph" tooltip) and hr controls in the Text block.
