These tables show up on older QTT/SSI LX-RPUs. Specifically the Subsurface Table for the Temperature Data Probe (TDP) sensor is not mapped to the NTCIP Subsurface table. Unlike most NTCIP data, these tables contain Octet Strings of variable lengths that are parsed in code.

These tables show up on older QTT/SSI LX-RPUs. Specifically, the Subsurface Table for the Temperature Data Probe (TDP) sensor is NOT mapped to the NTCIP Subsurface table for some reason and only exists in the "private" structure.
Unlike most NTCIP data, these tables contain Octet Strings with fields in fixed length chunks that must be split later on.
I'm not sure if you want this patch!
It's very Alaska specific and only applies to legacy devices, which you may not have! I've already removed one feature that returns Vaisala's 10-minute precipitation accumulation data, which only shows up on the AtmosphericExt table in "newer" firmware (> 1.24?) and is neither part of the NTCIP spec or exists in newer Vaisala RPUs (e.g., RWS200).
Another issue is that some LX-RPU's we have populate the subsurface NTCIP table with other sensor data from a shallower subsurface sensor (DTS210). Since we keep TDP and other pavement data separate, I never bothered to convert the TDP specific data to use the existing SubSurfaceTable structure. That said, I'd be happy to do that if it would make this patch worthwhile... I just don't know how other folks handle TDP data via NTCIP!
I'm also happy to provide the MIB file I have for this. There are a LOT more structures available, but I'm not sure whether it should be part of the codebase.
