fix(database): adapt MySQL user update to @mittwald/api-client 4.420 - #2020

The dedicated updateMysqlUserPassword endpoint was removed in @mittwald/api-client 4.417.0; the password is now part of the updateMysqlUser payload. Set it there instead, and stop requiring all payload fields (password is optional). Also bumps @mittwald/api-client to 4.420.0, which is what surfaced the breakage in #2017.
