feat(experimental/deploy): make image and service name configurable - #1962

Add --service-name, --image-name and --image-tag flags to `mw experimental deploy`, wiring them through to buildDockerImage and deployService. All default to sensible fallbacks when omitted, allowing multiple parallel deployments within the same project. Closes #1960 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
