BUG:Orch Manager shows CRUD buttons

Describe the bug
when Logged in as Orch Manager, the CRUD Buttons are displayed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Login as Orchestra Manager
2. Click on '.Projects'
3. Selct a section
4. See error

Expected behaviour
CRUD buttons should not display for Office group (Orchestra Manager)
