When creating new Images, help user with guidance on canvas size? #122

When a user clicks to create a new Image, the image editor canvas size defaults to 16 x 16 with the assumption that they're creating Sprites.
Might be nice to somehow add some guidance for users who want to create a background image to change their canvas size to 160 x 120.
