lock or hide .g.ts / .g.jres files #105

it's a bit confusing that these files show up as editable (we do say 'don't edit' but still not ideal). Live share has files marked as read only when you initiate a read-only session:

I see a few threads on this; an issue requesting this capability microsoft/vscode#4873 and a few PRs that would allow the ability with a settings option or the filesystem
