…nd PAYG run Case #21 records the scope-escape regression test: with -targetResourceGroup set but no SQL Servers in that group, the script no longer falls back to scanning every server in the subscription (which could have modified out-of-scope elastic pools, since that query has no resource-group filter). Case #22 records the final real run, with the resulting license type verified out-of-band via 'az sql vm show' and Search-AzGraph rather than trusting the script's own log output. Also documents two newly-noted gaps: fixed transcript log paths overwrite prior runs, and the Azure-side CSV lacks the UpdateResult/UpdateError columns.
