Add samples for SQL Management Objects (SMO)

Community folks - please comment on this issue for areas of SMO you want more sample code for.
I am building a project that demonstrates effective SMO Nuget package usage (in Netcore!).
Rough topic list so far:

1. Efficient population of collections
2. SQL query recording
3. Events
4. Script generation

Would you please add coding pattern for cancelling SMO operation? Thanks.

Also, it would be good if you can show which is the minimal set of property for different type of object needed in SetDefaultInitFields for optimal SMO performance.

Cancelling is problematic, as there aren't any async operations. We can explore some options.

I will have a few examples showing where SetDefaultInitFields is valuable, but there's not one set of properties for any given object that I could point to as "optimal".

Which properties you include in the list will depend on which ones you actually use in your code. For that reason you need to be careful about how you pass SMO objects around to various parts of your application. You need to have a clear inventory of which properties are used on a given type, so it's usually not desirable to pass a SMO object outside the block of code that fetched it from its collection.

Oh, for SetDefaultInitFields optimization for script generation - there's a class called ScriptMaker that does this type of optimization, I don't think it was documented for earlier versions of SMO. I will add an example for using this class to minimize the number of queries needed to generate scripts.
