Summary

• Removed the Durable execution toggle when creating new workflows or editing already-durable workflows in the V2 workflow editor (WorkflowEditorDialog.tsx), so all new and durable workflows remain durable without an option to turn durability off.
• Retained the Durable execution upgrade switch in Execution only when editing existing legacy non-durable workflows (original !== null && original.durable_execution !== true && draft.definition_version !== 3), preserving their legacy behavior until explicitly upgraded or auto-upgraded by enabling task approval.
• Enforced 1:1 save parity in workflowEditor.ts (workflowForSave) and functions_workflow_assist_editor.py (workflow_for_save) so new and already-durable workflows always save durable_execution: true while untouched legacy workflows preserve their stored state.
