The Aspire.Hosting.GitHub.Models integration source, tests, and playground were removed from the repository in microsoft/aspire#19848. Update the historical-reference GitHub Models docs to reflect that the code is removed (not just deprecated), and add a note to the Aspire 13.6 what's new page. Why this PR is needed
microsoft/aspire#19848 removed the Aspire.Hosting.GitHub.Models integration source, tests, API baselines, and playground sample from the repository (GitHub Models was fully retired on July 30, 2026; the final package shipped in Aspire 13.5). The existing GitHub Models docs on aspire.dev already carried a retirement notice saying the integration 'will be removed after' the 13.5 release, and the whats-new/aspire-13-6.mdx page for the release that actually performs the removal did not mention it. Both needed updating to describe the removal as completed, not pending, and to make the 13.6 release notes reflect the change.

All are updates to existing pages; no new pages were created. Existing historical-reference pages, sidebar entries, and migration guidance are left in place per the source PR (which explicitly preserves historical release notes and keeps the package blocklisted rather than deleted from NuGet).
