docs: add lone-maintainer gh-aw golden demo

Summary

Add a stage-ready golden demo for GitHub Agentic Workflows through the daily work of maintaining AgentRC alone.

The runbook includes:

• the lone-maintainer opening and 60-second product explanation
• an eight-minute core story led by Issue Triage
• exact browser tabs, prepared issue content, talking points, and fallback runs
• the proactive AgentRC Readiness Report proof
• an optional Readiness Upgrade extension that opens one bounded draft PR
• before/after maintainer work, security controls, customer Q&A, and teardown
• current public-preview and version-pinning language based on the updated field guide

It also corrects stale references in the existing workflow guide and links the demo from the README.

Validation

• Prettier formatting passes
• all relative Markdown links resolve
• git diff --check passes
