After merging #50403, the docs at https://www.typescriptlang.org/tsconfig/#extends haven't been updated to indicate that extends may be an array.

📃 Motivating Example

Users may only learn that extends may be an array if they find the PR above.

I'll create a PR to update the documentation in the TypeScript-Website repository to reflect that the extends field can accept an array of configuration files. This feature was implemented in PR #50403 and merged in TypeScript 4.9, but the documentation at https://www.typescriptlang.org/tsconfig/#extends needs to be updated.

The documentation update will clarify that extends can be either a string or an array of strings, with later configurations overriding earlier ones.
