Update the locked ESLint minor within v10. ESLint 10.12.0 is newer but was published less than 7 days ago, so it is left for a later pass.

eslint10.9.1 → 10.11.0（devDependenciesのレンジは^10.0.0から^10.11.0）まとめた理由
ESLint 本体の minor 更新です。
@nuxt/eslint-configは 1.17.0 のまま最新で、同時に動かす関連パッケージはありません。主な変更点と Breaking Changes
メジャーアップではありません。このリポジトリ向けの migration は不要です。
no-unexpected-multilineが正規表現のd/vフラグを見るようになる。new-cap、no-extra-bind、no-unreachable、prefer-object-has-ownの補正。file-entry-cacheが v11 になるobject-shorthand、no-unsafe-finally、prefer-object-spreadの補正10.12.0（2026-10-02 公開、約7日未満）は
.npmrcのmin-release-age=7に合わせて見送っています。そのリリースのSourceCode型変更も今回の対象外です。Migration と設定変更
不要です。
eslint.config.jsやソースの変更はありません。dependenciesも変更していません。検証
Node.js 24.20.0（このブランチの
.tool-versions）上で CI と同じ手順を実行し、すべて成功しました。yarn install --frozen-lockfileyarn dev:prepareyarn lint
