fix(tui): update OpenTUI for Windows startup hang

The current dev tip pins OpenTUI 0.4.5. On Windows 11 build 26200, that startup path matches the known OpenTUI/Windows Terminal failure mode: capability/XTVERSION negotiation can stall the TUI before the first frame, leaving the terminal in the alternate screen with input effectively dead. OpenTUI 0.5.8 contains the newer terminal startup implementation.

This is a dependency-level fix because the failure occurs before AlphaCode's Solid/TUI application tree is running.

[unverified-locally: remote-ci-only] The available environment has repository API access but no local Bun/Windows PTY, so the actual Windows binary cannot be driven here. The lockfile still needs to be regenerated with Bun 1.3.14 before this can be considered merge-ready.
