Summary

  • restore the fork source-of-truth docs, guardrails, and repo-local skill bundle onto fresh upstream
  • import the enhancement ledger and archive, dropping stale pending user-input recovery from the active ledger
  • add branch/workflow safety controls for production promotions and protected branch cleanup
