GStreamer AAC plugin not installed by default  #2

In my testing it appears that the MPEG-4 AAC plugin for GSTreamer is not present during a normal mopidy installs.
In order to play mixcloud songs the -bad plugin must be installed

sudo apt-get install gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad

MC plays after this.
