Feature Request: Cosmos DB

Hey, I'm a fan of this library. We're currently using it with Azure Blob Storage.

I'm curious if you've ever considered or would consider an implementation that uses Cosmos DB?

Hi @RobARichardson thanks for your interest in the library!

I haven't been asked for a Cosmos DB implementation before, although there has been some interest in MongoDB support. I understand the two have some cross-compatibility but I don't know if it is enough to justify a shared implementation.

Is this something you'd be interested in contributing? If so, we can discuss steps to make that successful.

If someone stumbles across this issue, I'd love for them to test out the new DistributedLock.MongoDB package and let me know if that works on Cosmos or needs some adjustment.
