fix: session shortcuts (Select + Y, Start + Back) with PlayStation pads and with the Home option off - #61

The session chords were only started when 'Open with the controller's Home button' was on, so turning that off also disabled the in-session menu and the restore shortcut. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Select + Y, Start + Back and the Home button were XInput-only, so a DualSense or DS4 without Steam Input never triggered them while the game had focus (Windows.Gaming.Input only delivers input to the foreground window). SonyHidReader opens Sony pads shared and maps Create/Share -> Back, Options -> Start, Triangle -> Y, PS -> Guide, for USB and Bluetooth reports. A user with a PlayStation controller reported Select + Y (in-session menu) did nothing. Two causes:
RefreshGuideWatchreturned early when Open with the controller's Home button was off, so the session chords (Select + Y, Start + Back) never started either. They now run whenever a session is active; only the Home-button watcher follows the option.SonyHidReaderopens Sony pads over HID (shared, so Steam and the game keep reading them) and maps Create/Share → Select, Options → Start, Triangle → Y, PS → Home. Handles DualSense USB (0x01) / Bluetooth (0x31), DS4 USB (0x01) / Bluetooth (0x11) and the basic Bluetooth report.Side effect: the PS button now also works for Open with the controller's Home button from the tray, like the Xbox button.
Build OK, 112 tests pass (9 new for the report parsing). Not tested with a real pad.
