Let people install with winget install.

  • Add a manifest for ConsoleMode-Setup-x64.exe to microsoft/winget-pkgs (Inno Setup installer, per-user)
  • Optionally automate new versions from the Release workflow (e.g. wingetcreate or winget-releaser)

    Done: winget install lippdev.ConsoleMode works since 1.5.0, and stable releases now open the update PR on microsoft/winget-pkgs from the Release workflow (#106). The 1.6.0 update is in microsoft/winget-pkgs#447562.
