not really a big issue but just a short question resp. feature request:
i really like mintsources but the one thing i recently encountered is, that there seems to be no indication in it that a repo of extrepo is in use. not to mention that it does not tell which repo is activated and/or it can be managed via mintsources.
i'm not necessarily talking about mintsources should become a GUI for extrepo, but at least a hint that other (additional) repos are in use than the ones which are listed in it, should be there.
or am i missing something?
because i always thought extrepo uses the normal deb-format and therefore should show up in mintsources. 🤷
if not, it is IMHO really unfortunate that there is not even the smallest clue in mintsources, that other repos are in use.
yes, i know extrepo is not that popular - as it should be IMHO - as it is even easier to use than Ubuntu PPAs and works for all Debian-based distributions.
i tested this issue again with Linux Mint 22.3 (mintsources 2.4.3) and now the via extrepo added repo gets at least shown in mintsources... hence i guess the issue not recognizing the newly added repos at all was perhaps caused by the transition to the deb822 format (.list -> .sources) #236.
the only remaining issue is (described at #264 (comment)), that the newly added repo is still shown as disabled although it is in fact enabled.
because that should be fixed by now at least in the master, i'll close this issue.
