verify by gdb, seems like AVX512 (my cpu did not support AVX512)

I have no idea why AVX512 enable by commit between two build: master-713-2bd249c...master-714-b12098f

Likely the same issue as the Windows binary releases (#1589, #1588, #1483, #1351): it depends on which Github CI worker got to build the release.

is this only build time config?
if so, maybe we need lot more image tag.... [musa, sycl, cuda, vulkan] x [noavx, avx, avx2, avx512] = 16 type

not sure how llama.cpp handle this
I only found that they setup -DGGML_NATIVE=OFF -DGGML_BACKEND_DL=ON -DGGML_CPU_ALL_VARIANTS=ON

Yes, something similar to what I'd suggested in #1589 (comment) should work.
