Based on nixpkgs PR 561044 (zitadel 4.17.3), built from source with the console and protoc-gen-js 4.0.2; without the Login V2 app.
Keeps Login V1 (also for a new instance) and turns off the service ping that v4 sends to zitadel.com by default.

nixpkgs is stuck at 2.71.7, which is affected by many published advisories (e.g. GHSA-738m-7888-jfv8, critical). 4.19.5 is the first release fixing all of them. Package built from source based on NixOS/nixpkgs#561044. Already deployed to neoprism as a fresh instance (old DB kept as zitadel_v2_old); reconcile recreated projects/apps/IdPs/SMTP.
