Discover and capture missing nextjs errors in sentry (server actions and client in particular)

Motivation

So we have confidence that all errors occurring in the app are visible to devs

Requirements

• Read through sentry's nextjs guide
• Update sentry config to make sure we are not missing any error handlers recommended

Acceptance Criteria

• Should catch error causing crash when sidebar loads where community permission has null user and/or member id
