Gulp task will break the build if node global module folder is not default folder #37

If node global module path is not the default one ($(HOMEDRIVE)$(HOMEPATH)\AppData\Roaming\npm) that is declared in MSBuild.Node.props file then gulp taks will fail.
because below element in "MSBuild.Gulp.targets" file has 2 problems

1. $(WINDIR)\system32\where.exe gulp will return 2 items
2. Without ConsoleToMsBuild="true" the GulpExecutable variable would not be set to the console output .
