Pins independently approved immutable commit b619cbb and stable patch ID 31396a91c8ec69f5bf13d3f52ea338cac186ec7e. Exact reviewed four-file diff d0b90fe0b5f0f2a12eb39611091e8768a19ed5918930e70b39167dfc78b83b0e; independent 518 tests / 2076 assertions. Three aligned pin additions only; bash -n, ShellCheck and diff checks pass. Current-tag dry run and publication will use rebuild_current=true without tag override and preserve every gate. No live restart authorised.
