e7df83468b7d7a44a3f2ce9e61380b2ccba889c3: current cloud-agent instructions/bootstrap and native Codex worktree setup from dotagents #391. Native setup delegates to the repo-ownedworktree:init, preserving existing initialization behavior. No product content or infrastructure inputs change. Also fixes initialization failure propagation and migrates obsolete onboarding/logger references.Validation: 6 full semantic lenses clean, checkout fingerprint unchanged, full local and commit gates passed, manual initialization and canonical Codex/cloud checks passed. CI does not exercise automatic Codex chat startup; that invocation remains separately tracked.
