O .gitignore para docs/adr/ foi adicionado na PR #42, mas os arquivos ja existentes permaneceram rastreados no indice e continuavam sendo versionados/enviados ao remoto. Remove-los do indice (git rm --cached) faz o .gitignore ter efeito de fato, mantendo os arquivos apenas localmente.
