.claude/rules/adrs/ADR-021-cloud-data-boundary.md§3:原文「BYOK 模式可整体绕开平台代理(逃生门)」并据此把剩余义务收到「只需告知」。REQ-160 裁决后,含 BYOK 的对话文字与附件同样上传平台、最长保存 180 天(alpha-work#101AC7;基线 §1.5 给出理由:BYOK 直连模型商、不经网关,服务端截获覆盖不到,只能由桌面端上报)。收窄为「绕开的是模型调用与计费这一条通路」,并写明归档与内容审核不因 BYOK 豁免,剩余义务 = 告知(B16)+ 归档侧的告知与保存期承诺(alpha-web#214已上线、alpha-code#1348、alpha-code#1362已订正)。.claude/rules/DECISIONS.md该行同步注记,查索引不必点进去也能看到前提变过。门
