#1145 把 §3 表里三行从「契约,#1129 在途」改成「已落地(#1129 已合,PR #1135)」——
那是只看 issue 状态为 CLOSED 就下的,没读交付物 PR #1135 的正文,而它恰好声明了相反的事。
