[REQ-105] Update Office seed, bundle and installed-user safety UX

Goal

更新离线 snapshot/seed/bundle 和已安装 Word/PPT 用户的 archived/卸载路径。

Scope

• Deliver the jinjunnn/alpha-code boundary for Alpha REQ-105: Update Office seed, bundle and installed-user safety UX.
• Preserve the parent requirement contract; do not absorb adjacent repository work.

Out of scope

• Work owned by sibling sub-issues or future REQs.

Acceptance criteria

• 离线不再露出推荐；不静默删除用户安装；Excel sandbox 限制有测试。
• Relevant automated and packaged/runtime checks are attached before closure.

Dependencies

等待 alpha-web remote Catalog 安全下架。

• Security/runtime/product acceptance evidence appropriate to this repository.

验收对照:① 离线不露出推荐 —— seed/出厂技能双面移除 Word/PPT,双重回流守卫(catalog 测试 + assert-seed-assets.sh 含未来快照 fixture);② 不静默删除 —— 已装项 role=alert 警示条 + 「已归档 · 不再维护」徽标 + 行内禁用/卸载可审计路径,真机截图取证;③ Excel sandbox 限制 —— checkExcelMcpSafety 12 测(远程 transport/版本漂移/host-port/路径遍历全拒),EXCEL_MCP_PIN 0.1.8 digest 与 pypi 实测复核一致。
视觉验收:docs/audits/2026-07-13-s45-visual/(4 截图 + DOM 探针,PRO 登录态)。
发布顺序:alpha-web#21(remote 下架)→ 快照刷新;守卫会拦截未纠偏快照。父需求 alpha-work#7 待 web 侧完成后收口。
