[REQ-094] Artifact Workbench shell and run discovery

实现 Artifact Workbench、cards/deep links、fixture harness 与 legacy adapters。

Scope

• Deliver the jinjunnn/alpha-code boundary for Alpha REQ-094: Artifact Workbench shell and run discovery.
• Preserve the parent requirement contract; do not absorb adjacent repository work.

Out of scope

• Work owned by sibling sub-issues or future REQs.

Acceptance criteria

• 真实/fixture run 可以发现选择、fallback、持久化且不抢焦点。
• Relevant automated and packaged/runtime checks are attached before closure.

• ✅ workbench 核心纯函数 15 项 + 读 IPC 11 项测试;renderer crash 有 per-preview ErrorBoundary + AlphaBoundary 双层降落伞
• 📌 残项(诚实):Files/Changes/Inspector tab 与 legacy adapter 集成属 REQ-088 批次;320-720px 拖拽宽度与视觉回归、正式 WCAG 审计未做;timeline 内联产物卡未实现(工作台 badge 通道已通)
