The US UTM Implementation would like to verify compliance to ASTM F3411-22a NET0260 Table 1, 25+26 and NET0470 Table 1, 25 (operator altitude) using automated testing via uss_qualifier.
When I run an automated test configuration candidate right now, this requirement is not verified:
operator_altitude.zip
The local deployment I'm using is make start-locally with NUM_NODES=1 and NUM_USS=3, then this compose file to replace the standard local deployment:
docker-compose.yaml.txt

Using test_data/usa/kentland/rid.kml, I would like to verify compliance to operator altitude transmission.
