TESTS_ACCESS_TOKENto the weekly release as itsapprover-token, so the release date pull request it opens can be approved and merged by a user other than github-actions where branch protection needs a review. The same caller change has already released UsersFlow from 5.x-dev.It also adds a
skip-ci-checkinput, so a run by hand can release this branch even though its CI failed or is still running.Issue No
