Archive v0.26 — Public Research Explorer

Implements v0.26 of Broader Public Research Surfaces as a publicly accessible, evidence-first archive index.

• /research public faceted Run explorer with shareable URLs and deep links to Run, Model, Test, History and preselected same-Test Compare
• bounded GET /v1/archive/research with Provider/Model/Test, evidence E4+/missing, region/account/effective service tier, native cost availability
• sealed, completed and public non-calibration records only; never imply that result visibility means comparability
• stable (completed_at, run UUID) keyset cursor, strict input validation, max 50/page
• PostgreSQL partial indexes for chronological/provider-scoped keyset research
• qualification, pricing/usage caveats and unknown native cost explicitly displayed beside each row
• unit coverage of cursors/filter bounds; database integration of pagination/facets/calibration exclusion; public API validation tests
• ADR 0022, Research Explorer docs and v0.26 Roadmap completion
