Summary
Defer PR validation until explicitly requested after exact-head review clearance. Preserve existing integration-branch validation, release/deployment jobs, schedules, and check names. Do not change branch protection.
Documentation
The review worker runs focused local tests during remediation, requests Codex after every push, and dispatches remote CI after clearance. Workflow inputs, where present, supply the PR base SHA or PR number; do not dispatch against the base branch by mistake.
Validation
npm run verifypassed, including 128 test files and 893 passing tests, with one existing skip. Trigger-policy tests were updated without dropping validation jobs.Rollout
Manual dispatch must first be available on the default branch. After rollout, dispatch against the PR branch and verify the run tested the reviewed head. Live dispatch and required-check attachment are not yet verified.
Missing or billing-blocked checks are not green. Merge remains gated on real current-head checks and review evidence.
