various fixes to 01_stable_diffusion_introduction.ipynb

1. runwayml disappeared, so I changed the repo name.
2. fixed some deprecation warnings.
3. There is still one deprecation warning I don't know how to fix. IT is at

/opt/conda/lib/python3.10/site-packages/transformers/tokenization_utils_base.py:1614: FutureWarning: `clean_up_tokenization_spaces` was not set. It will be set to `True` by default. Closing this one: it has gone stale. The model it switches to, stabilityai/stable-diffusion-2-inpainting, is no longer on the Hub, and neither are stable-diffusion-2-1-base and stable-diffusion-2-depth, which this notebook loads. Meanwhile runwayml/stable-diffusion-inpainting now redirects to stable-diffusion-v1-5/stable-diffusion-inpainting and loads fine. So the notebook needs moving off SD 2 altogether, which is a bigger change than this PR.
