Publishes the design-of-record for the Living Chat redesign (#56):

  • ADR 0002 — the Brain becomes the Chat's permanent full-bleed background; every chat component floats on legibility-floored frosted Glass (one high constant blur + two AA-derived, chat-theme-keyed tints). Records the perf fallback law (protect blur, ease motion; terminal hard-pause) and all rejected alternatives.
  • CONTEXT.md — adds the Brain and Glass shell vocabulary, the Brain↔Chat relationship, and retires the inline brain strip to the retired-concepts map.

Docs only — no code changes. Implementation is decomposed under #56.

Closes nothing; tracks #56.

Records the design-of-record for the chat redesign: the data-true Brain
becomes the permanent full-bleed background of the Chat, with every
component floating on legibility-floored frosted Glass (high constant blur
+ two AA-derived, chat-theme-keyed tints). Adds the Brain and Glass shell
vocabulary to CONTEXT.md and retires the inline brain strip.

Tracks #56.

…(dark #fff676 / light #8f8000)

The light-mode Brain never paints #fff676; validating the light tint against
it would derive a near-transparent tint that silently fails AA over the real
light frame. Reconciles the durable record with slice-2 derivation.
