Paired fork implementation for harmoniqs/amicode#972.\n\nImplements server-assessed external diffs, durable session-owned baselines, reservation lifecycle and authenticated transport, and the app relay for focused-session and opaque assessment invalidation.\n\nCompanion extension PR: harmoniqs/amicode#1007.\n\nLocal paired verification passed: server focused suite, app typecheck with 1,137 unit and 52 browser tests, SDK generation/typecheck.\n\nThis remains draft and requires paired review, overlay promotion, release, and pinning before merge.
