fix: tolerate malformed session parts during rendering

Closes #330\n\nAdds runtime guards for malformed persisted tool parts and file-tab values, with regression coverage. Local focused verification is currently blocked because this checkout lacks the repository's installed test/typecheck/lint dependencies; CI is required before readiness.
